Basic Rules:

Player Ratings:
-All NHL Hall of Fame players will have an 80+ OV rating in the sim.  
-All NON HOF players will be capped at 79OV.

Player Contracts/Re-Signs/Free Agency:
-There is currently NO Free Agency in the league.  
-All players (regardless of age) will be continually re-signed at 4 year contracts (OV/salary based). 
-No penalty to release NON HOF players to unassigned list

Finances/Player Auctions:
-Teams that have negative funds may and will have HOF players auctioned off by the league. 

Team Payroll:
-minimum Pro Payroll: $10M
-maximum Pro Payroll: $20M

Line-Ups/Roster movement:
-NO HOF players can be sent to your farm club.
-Only your 4th Even Strength line can be double-shifted skaters.
